Upon termination, any pending transactions may be cancelled, and any remaining balances in your account will be handled in accordance with our internal policies and regulatory obligations.
• Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA.
